Three Course Dinner for Two - $65 per couple
|
|
First Course
© Mixed Winter Greens, Poached Pears, Bleu Cheese, and homemade Apple Vinaigrette.
Second Course
With a choice of two entrees:
© Cornish Game Hens with Amaretto Stuffing and Honey Glaze - A Cornish game hen stuffed with dried cranberries, sautéed onions, sautéed celery, bread cubes and chicken broth. A honey glaze made of cranberry juice, amaretto, brown sugar, and honey is then basted on the chicken.
© Beef Tenderloin in Wine Sauce — a tender beef tenderloin is served with a delicious red wine sauce made from thinly sliced onions, red wine, sliced mushrooms, and beef broth. Cabernet Sauvignon gives depth and peppercorns give bite to this robust dish.
© Spice-Crusted Salmon with Citrus Sauce — Flaky, delicious salmon is dredged in a spice mixture of coriander, fennel seeds, cumin and Japanese breadcrumbs and cooked until the fish flakes easily. The citrus sauce is a sour cream-based sauce made of fresh cilantro, orange juice, lemon rind, lime rind, and sour cream.
With a choice of:
© Lobster Mashed Potato — Creamy mashed potato combined with bacon, chives, and lobster.
© Champagne-Feta Risotto—Champagne and feta cheese add a touch of luxury to this creamy risotto dish.
© Herb Wild Rice—An elegant, great tasting wild rice with fresh herb.
Entrees served with:
© Balsamic Roasted Asparagus—Roasted asparagus is the perfect complement for any of the above main entrees. Baked in the oven and drizzled with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper.
Third Course
For dessert, a choice of:
© Warm Walnut Brownie Pudding—Rich brownies are baked with chocolate syrup that sinks to the bottom and thickens into a fudgy sauce.
© Panna Cotta with Raspberry Sauce—Panna cotta means “cooked cream” in Italian, even though it is barely cooked at all. Bright in color and tart in flavor, the red raspberry sauce is spooned over the panna cotta.
