| Why should I choose The Stocked Fridge? |
| Short answer: If you are short on time but want to eat delicious, nutritious, and fresh food, The Stocked Fridge is your answer.
Long answer: Our business simplifies mealtime by providing you with main entrées and side dishes that can be ready in a snap after a long day. The Stocked Fridge saves you time planning, preparing, shopping, and clean up. Whether you love to entertain or hate to cook, The Stocked Fridge is a good fit. For those who enjoy time in the kitchen, your assembly session is fun and is an entertaining way to prepare healthy and delicious entrées, leaving the mess with us. If cooking isn't your idea of a good time, we make the assembly process as smooth and painless as possible, getting you out the door with your entrées in a snap. |
| How do I choose my entrees? |
| Check out the current month’s menu to view our selection at www.thestockedfridge.com and select the “meal assembly” tab on the left hand side. Each month, we offer a variety of entrees which change monthly.
Once you have selected your entrées from the menu, you then use our online calendar to determine which session time is most convenient for you to come and prepare the entrées. Then, simply reserve your space using our online checkout or call us at 603-881-9635. |
| What do I have to do during an assembly session? |
| Just show up at your scheduled time, check in with a staff member, and get started. Our refrigerated stations are equipped with all the ingredients to prepare, along with step-by-step assembly instructions for each entrée. We even provide the containers for each entrée! During the months of June, July, and August, we do not have sessions to assemble your own entrees, we only offer pick up orders.
Just as a guideline, most customers can assemble 10 meals in about 60 minutes and 5 meals in about 30-45 minutes. |
| Scheduling a session isn’t convenient for me. Can you assemble my entrées for me? |
| YES! A Stocked Fridge staff member will assemble your selected entrées for you at no additional charge. Just let us know when you would like to pick them up, and we will have them freshly prepared and ready for you at your convenience. |
| Can I schedule a session more frequently than once a month? |

Yes! You may order and schedule a session as frequently as you would like. All we ask is that you order your selected entrées at least two days in advance of your assembly session. |
| How long does it take to heat an entree before serving? |
| We suggest removing your entrée from the freezer a couple days before you plan to serve it. This allows the entrée to completely defrost in the fridge safely before heating. |
| Can I order multiples of the same entrée? |
| Yes! You may choose two or more of the same selection each time you place an order. Many clients use The Stocked fridge for easy entertaining. For example, if you are feeding dinner to 10 guests, you might select two full-sized orders of an entrée. Just add our side dishes and you’ve got a fast and elegant meal with plenty of time to spend with your guests. |
| How do I become a Party Host? |
| This is a fun and economical way to use The Stocked Fridge. Just invite 8 brand new Stocked Fridge customers and we will give YOU and EACH of your guests one free meal to take home (4 entree minimum). You can have your own private session and BYOB if you would like! Each person will also receive a free meal if they register for their next session during the party (minimum 4 entree purchase). Plus, since you are hosting this party, you will also receive a Hostess gift. |
| Can I customize the way an entree is seasoned and assembled? |

Absolutely! We provide you with all the ingredients and seasonings according to the original entrée recipe. However, you can add as much or as little of each to suit your taste. If you don’t like onions, no need to include in the dish. If you like garlic, add extra. |
| How long can I keep an entrée frozen before I serve it? |
| To ensure optimum quality and freshness, we recommend that you keep your entrées no longer than a month before heating and serving. Keep in mind that you can order and schedule your assembly sessions as frequently as you would like. Our goal is to make your mealtimes as easy, tasty, and healthful as possible. |

| We are located at the corner ofand Rt. 101A, on the South Merrimack -line, with easy access from exits 7W, 8, 10, and 11 of the Everett Turnpike (Route 3). The address is 704 Milford Road #6 Merrimack, NH 03054 (across from Pennichuck Square). Our phone number is 603-881-9635. |
| What makes The Stocked Fridge distinct from other similar services in the area? |

Owners Chris and Tim are local residents with a young and active family. They know exactly how hard it is to feed a family nutritiously, but still stay active with after school and evening activities - soccer, baseball, music lessons, gymnastics, etc.
In bringing meal preparation services to, the Kachmar’s conducted extensive industry research. Based on what they learned from other high-quality services around the country, combined with their understanding of the region, Chris and Tim chose to establish The Stocked Fridge as an independent service in lieu of franchising. This enables The Stocked Fridge to partner with local vendors and respond quickly to the demands of its local clients. This also allowed them to use only the freshest ingredients, not frozen vegetables and meats as some franchises do. |
