The Stocked Fridge will provide a clean & safe environment for both our customers and our employees.

Cancellation Policy:

Certainly we recognize there are times when it becomes necessary to cancel a session. We purchase and prepare all food based on the number of orders we receive; therefore, you must notify us 4 days prior to the session you are scheduled for in order not to incur charges. If you do find it necessary to cancel within the last 4 days, we offer you 3 options:

• Option 1: Have someone come in your place.
• Option 2: reschedule your session within the next 2 days, depending on session availability.
• Option 3: Have our staff assemble your entrees for you.

If you fail to make either of these arrangements, we will then charge your credit card the full amount.

Sessions & Cooking at Home Policy:

To prevent food-borne illness, it is imperative that you follow all rules and regulations of The Stocked Fridge, LLC during your session. You must agree to and understand the following before doing a session:

• I understand that hands are the major source of food contaminants; therefore, I agree to follow all hand washing instructions.
• I will call and make other arrangements for preparation of my entrees if I have any communicable disease including cold, flu, etc.
• I understand any long hair must be restrained (i.e. cap/scarf/provided hairnet) and gloves are available at each station in the kitchen.
• I am responsible for the transportation of my entrees once I leave The Stocked Fridge, LLC facility and put them in my freezer or refrigerator immediately when I get home.
• I understand I must follow all thawing and cooking instructions, as provided for each entree.
  All entrees MUST be cooked until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Liability Release:

• I agree to release The Stocked Fridge, LLC from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities, which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage, cooking and consumption of The Stocked Fridge, LLC entrees, except if solely due to the gross negligence of The Stocked Fridge, LLC.
