Catering Guidelines
Our Philosophy is Simple:
We will only serve the freshest, finest foods available and will work professionally to prepare and serve your food. We do whatever we can to provide the best food and service possible. In order to ensure that your event is successful, it is recommended that you order as far in advance of the date as possible.
Pricing
We are happy to customize a menu to fit your budget. Our prices include everything from elegantly displayed food, disposable tableware, delivery and set-up, and clean-up. Unless stated, prices are based per person. For functions between 50 to 99 guests, we will discount 10% off the per person price, and for functions greater than 100 guests, we will discount 20% off the per person price. (Discounts are taken off of food prices only).
Extras & Service Charges
China and linen services are available at an additional cost. Linen, flowers, ice carvings, etc. can be ordered at a nominal charge. To maintain our prompt and professional service, all drop off buffets are subject to a 20% service charge. Functions requiring service staff less than 100 guests are subject to a 20% service charge. Functions requiring service staff of 100 or more require a 15% service charge.
Delivery
For orders over $100, we deliver for free within a 10-mile radius. For orders under $100 or outside the 10-mile radius, the delivery fee is $15 per 10 miles.
Corporate Ordering
All items normally offered are listed in our Catering Guide, such as breakfast bakery items, coffee service, and cold buffet luncheons, in amounts no larger than 100 guests, a minimum 24 hour notice is required, and may need to be flexible about delivery time. We will respond to last minute functions to the best of our ability.
Ordering, Deposit & Payment
A $300 deposit or 30% of the total, whichever is greater, is required to confirm any date and serving time unless other arrangements have been made. Final Count is due ten days prior to the function. Final Payment is due one week before the date of function. Any and all deposits are non-refundable. Deposit and payment terms are subject to change. CANCELLATION POLICY: Though we never want you to cancel, we understand that sometimes things come up. Please give us as much notice as possible. For pick-up and drop-off orders, there will be no charge for cancellations made 72 hours in advance. Served events cancelled less than one week prior will incur a 25% cancellation fee, plus the booking fee. Served events canceled less than 72 hours prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee, plus the deposit. Events cannot be canceled 24 hours prior to the event.
MasterCard, Visa, American Express and checks are accepted.
Prices are subject to change and do not include 9% NH Meals Tax or 6.25% Massachusetts Meals Tax.
